As a small business, we truly want you to love your order. If you experience any issues with sizing or quality, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your package.
Please note that returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. This includes undamaged outer packaging and box sleeves. Unfortunately, returns received outside of the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging and condition.
- Sale items and orders purchased using discount codes are not eligible for refunds. If returned, a store credit will be issued instead.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns will receive a store voucher equivalent to the item value paid.
- Refunds are only available for full-priced orders placed without discount codes or promotional offers.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at throug our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
Please wait for approval from our team before sending your package back, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
